This intense pillar training expands their arsenal of skills in preparation for the final battle.

During his training with the Hashira, Tanjiro unlocks a new ability – the mark of King Tanjiro. This power-up puts a crimson symbol on his forehead, enhancing his physical abilities and lending him new techniques with his water-breathing sword skills. This newfound power will aid him greatly in the fights to come against the Upper Moon demons.
The Final Battle Begins
After their pillar training, Tanjiro, the Hashira, and the Demon Slayers prepare for an assault on Muzan Kibutsuji’s fortress. They know the remaining Upper Moon demons will be there guarding him, making for an epic showdown. Tragically, not all of the brave Demon Slayers survive the assault. But with his new king Tanjiro’s abilities, Tanjiro is determined to push through and take on Muzan himself to end the demon’s reign of terror once and for all.
